Neal Freuden
Neal Freuden is the founder, owner and president of EnviroPlan LLC. Neal has been providing environmental consulting services since 1987 to clients in Connecticut, Massachusetts and Rhode Island. Prior to founding EnviroPlan, Neal served as President of Fuss and O’Neill EnviroScience, a wholly owned subsidiary of Fuss and O’Neill, Inc. The latter firm had acquired Neal’s former firm, EnviroScience Consultants, Inc. in 2007. EnviroScience was a 35 person environmental consulting company with offices in Connecticut and Massachusetts which Neal co-founded in 1987. Neal holds licenses as a Connecticut Lead Inspector Risk Assessor, a Connecticut Lead Planner Project Designer; a Connecticut Asbestos Inspector Management Planner, a Massachusetts Master Lead Inspector Risk Assessor and a Radon Residential Measurement Provider under the National Radon Proficiency Program.
Neal is active in several industry associations and currently serves as Vice President of the Lead and Environmental Hazards Association (LEHA). Neal holds a bachelors degree from the University of Virginia and masters degrees from Harvard University and the University of Connecticut.
